• Account Information — email address, username, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you create an account.
• Membership & Donation Records — the amount, date, and what it related to. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never sent to or stored on our servers.
• Usage Data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and general device information collected automatically via logs.
• Support Communications — tickets you submit, and emails you send to our support, billing, or sales addresses. We keep a copy of these messages, including any replies we send, so our team can see the conversation history and follow it up.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide memberships and process donations
• To send confirmations relating to something you signed up for or paid for
• To respond to support requests
• To maintain account security
• To improve the Site and community experience
• To comply with legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the Site:

• Stripe — payment processing and payouts. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Dathost, Nitrado & our game panels — game server hosting infrastructure.
• Spacemail — the email provider behind our support, billing and sales mailboxes.
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment.
• Supabase — secure database storage.

5. Information About Our Admins

This section applies only to admins who receive a share of donations, not to ordinary visitors.

Where an admin is paid through Stripe, Stripe collects their identity, bank and tax details directly in order to verify them and issue any year-end tax forms. That information goes to Stripe, not to us — GamerHive never sees or stores an admin's Social Security number, tax identification number, or bank details. We store only whether an admin is able to receive payouts, and a record of what each donation was split into.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Site may not work correctly as a result.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill purchases and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
