1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gamerhive.dev (the "Site") or any services provided by GamerHive ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

GamerHive is a gaming community hub. We host community game servers powered by Dathost, offer digital memberships and bundles, and let our community support individual admins through donations. We are not affiliated with or responsible for Dathost's services beyond our own use of their platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before making any purchases or donations.

4. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately via our support page if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Purchases & Donations

GamerHive offers the following types of transactions:

• Memberships & Digital Perks — Subscription tiers and digital benefit packages, sold by GamerHive.
• Bundles — Digital item collections included as a single package.
• Admin Donations — Voluntary gifts supporting the admins who run our community servers. A donation is taken by card through Stripe and divided between the hosting admin, a senior admin, and GamerHive to reflect the work and running costs each contributes.

Donations are gifts, not purchases, and carry no expectation of goods or services in return. They are non-refundable. Where an admin shows perks for supporters, those perks are a thank-you offered at that admin's own discretion — they are not goods sold to you, they are not guaranteed, and GamerHive does not warrant their delivery.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Completed transactions will not be retroactively adjusted due to price changes.

6. Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: digital products and memberships are non-refundable once delivered or activated, and donations are voluntary gifts that are not refundable.

7. Community Conduct

When using our servers, Discord, or any GamerHive platform, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members
• Cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized modifications
• Spam, flood, or disrupt server gameplay
• Share illegal, hateful, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Violations may result in removal from servers, suspension, or a permanent ban at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for bans resulting from conduct violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All GamerHive branding, logos, and original content on this Site are our property. Game titles, trademarks, and assets belong to their respective owners. We make no claim of ownership over third-party game intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, server uptime, or that services will be free from errors. We are not liable for any loss of data, in-game progress, or gameplay interruption.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamerHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the updated date at the top of this page.
